Zucchini Pesto Pasta - No carbs!!!!


  • Using a mandolin slicer... julienne the zucchini
  • Saute in olive oil with garlic
  • Toss with pesto sauce
  • Top with a few pine nuts


Or make it raw - just toss with the pesto sauce and enjoy!
