Rosemary Pesto

Not for the faint of heart!


  • Fresh Rosemary (from the garden)
  • olive oil
  • garlic 
  • sea salt


Take leaves off the stalk.
Chop and process until it has an even consistency.





This is strong stuff...a little goes a long way.

Spread a bit on crusty bread!
